摘　　要：医案学习是金匮教学的重要环节,目前的教学实践中,运用现代医案较多,古近代医案较少。对古代和近代医案的讲授和理解是医案学习的难点内容。介绍搜集、整理与《金匮要略》杂病辨治密切相关的古近代医案,并以教学大纲为指导,设计并编写出知识点覆盖全面、紧扣临床、对提高学生辨治思维和能力具有实训意义的《金匮要略杂病医案实训手册》,并将其运用于教学和考试中的具体情况。Medical record learning is an important part in course of Jingui Yaolue. There are more contemporary medical records and less ancient and modern medical records applied in current teaching practice. It is a difficult content to teach and understand ancient and modern medical records. The collection and consolidation of ancient and modern medical records closely related to the differentiation and treatment of miscellaneous diseases in Jingui Yaolue are introduced. Under the guidance of teaching program, Practical Training Manual of Medical Records in Jingui Yaolue is designed and compiled, and it has been applied in teaching and examination.
