摘 要:文章以某公司生产的热值仪为原型,对其进行改进和研发。采用数值模拟与实验相结合的方法,求出不同操作条件下燃气热值以及燃烧效率,并建立正确表达空气流量、煤气流量、烟道氧含量、空燃比和煤气热值,以及燃烧效率的数学模型。该模型以燃气燃烧效率最佳为优化目标,实时计算得到最佳燃气热值和最佳空燃比。Taken as a prototype, a calorimeter produced by a company is improved and developed. By using the method combining the numerical simulation with the experiment, the gas calorific value and combustion efficiency under different operating conditions are obtained, and the mathematical model for the correct expression of air flow, gas flow, oxygen content in flue gas, air-fuel ratio, gas calorific value and combustion efficiency is established. With the optimal gas combustion efficiency as the optimization target, the model calculates the optimal calorific value and the best air-fuel ratio in real time.
