摘  要:为评价ST细胞代次的增高对猪细小病毒NJ株免疫原性的影响,将第10、30、60代ST细胞分别接种猪细小病毒NJ株F8 、F18代毒种进行病毒培养,通过检测其病毒含量、血凝价以及制备疫苗免疫机体的抗体水平等指标来进行评价。结果表明,各代次病毒含量为10 7.2 ~10 7.5 TCID 50 /mL,血凝价为2 9~2 10;制苗后免疫阴性豚鼠与后备母猪,免疫28 d后均出现抗体反应,HI效价分别为2 7~2 9和2 8~2 9。不同代次毒种接种不同代次ST细胞培养的病毒含量、血凝价及疫苗免疫效力均符合要求。各代次细胞增殖性能稳定,培养的PPV NJ株均能满足兽用生物制品的生产要求。In order to evaluate the effects of generation change of swine testicle cell on the immunogenicity of NJ strain of porcine parvovirus,the 10 th ,30 th and 60 th generations of ST cells were inoculated with F8 and F18 virus of NJ strain of porcine parvovirus and cultured.And the virus content,hemagglutination titer and antibody level of vaccine immune were detected.The results showed the virus content of different generations was 10 7.2 -10 7.5 TCID 50 /mL,the haemagglutinin titer was 2 9-2 10 .The negative guinea pigs and prepubertal sows were immunized with the prepared vaccine,antibody response appeared after immunization 28 days,and HI titer were 2 7-2 9 and 2 8-2 9 respectively.The virus titer,hemagglutination titer and immune efficacy of inoculation with different generations of ST cell were in accordance with the requirements.All generations of cells had stable proliferation performance,PPV NJ strain cultured could meet the production requirements of veterinary biology product.
