摘　　要：利用科技手段检验分析盐业遗存是盐业考古重要的一个环节。目前,在确定盐业遗址、判定制盐原料、探讨制盐工艺、分析制盐或煮盐工具等方面,科技分析已取得一定收获,积累了不少经验和方法,但也存在一些问题,仍有继续探索的必要。The use of scientific and technological means to test and analyze the remains of the salt industry is an important part of the salt industry archaeology. At present, in the determination of salt industry sites, salt raw materials and salt making or boiling tools, the exploration of salt production process, scientific and technological analysis has achieved certain gains and accumulated a lot of experience and methods, but there are still some problems that need to be explored in a deeper way.
