摘 要:葡萄糖代谢重组是肝细胞癌(HCC)一个重要标志,癌细胞能迅速地将其能量来源从线粒体氧化磷酸化调整到糖酵解代谢,满足其在低氧环境下的高效增殖。近年来,越来越多的证据表明,microRNA(miRNA)的转录后调控在精细调节代谢重编程发挥关键作用,与HCC的临床病理特征及发生发展密切相关。影响糖酵解的因素有很多,系统的总结了miRNA在HCC中异常表达对有氧糖酵解的直接和间接调控的作用,为HCC的早期诊断、靶向治疗及预后检测提供理论依据。Glucose metabolism recombination is an important marker of hepatocellular carcinoma( HCC),and cancer cells can quickly adjust their energy sources from mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation to glycolysis to meet the need of efficient proliferation in the hypoxic environment.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that post-transcriptional regulation of microRNAs( miRNAs) plays a key role in the fine regulation of metabolic reprogramming,which is closely associated with the clinicopathological features,development,and progression of HCC.There are various influencing factors for glycolysis,and therefore,this article reviews the influence of abnormal expression of miRNAs on the direct and indirect regulation of aerobic glycolysis in HCC,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the early diagnosis,targeted treatment,and prognostic evaluation of HCC.
