摘 要:肠道菌群失调是肝脏疾病的重要致病因素。肠道和肝脏之间存在相互联系、相互作用的肠-肝轴。肝脏是人体重要的免疫器官,其通过门静脉暴露于肠道细菌及其代谢产物后,激活天然免疫和适应性免疫系统,从而引发肝损伤。作为肠-肝轴的重要组成部分,肠道菌群既是肝脏疾病的促发因素,又是潜在的治疗靶点。阐述了肠道菌群与多种肝脏疾病的关系,认为应深入探究肠道菌群及其代谢产物在肝脏疾病中的作用机制,明确肠-肝轴的病理生理作用,为肝脏疾病的防治提供依据。Intestinal dysbacteriosis is an important pathogenic factor for liver diseases.There exists a gut-liver axis between the gut and the liver,which helps with the interactions between these two organs.The liver is an important immune organ,and after being exposed to intestinal bacteria and their metabolites via the portal vein,the liver may activate innate immunity and adaptive immunity,which may lead to liver injury.As an important component of the gut-liver axis,gut microbiota is not only a triggering factor but also a potential therapeutic target for liver diseases.This article elaborates on the association between gut microbiota and liver diseases and points out that in-depth studies should be performed to explore the mechanism of action of gut microbiota and their metabolites in liver disease and further clarify the physiopathological role of gut-liver axis,in order to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of liver diseases.
