摘  要:为清理城市河道、水库、景观湖等各种限制性水域内的漂浮垃圾,设计并制造了一款绿色环保型水面垃圾清理船。船体为链式结构包裹箱式结构,动力推进系统采用喷水泵,能源供应系统采用24 V锂电池,并引进了机械、微型控制电路和无线遥控的机电一体化技术进行绿色智能控制,应用G-SLAM技术,可实现路径规划和实时避障。船体轻便灵活、节能环保、节约人力资源,避免了传统的螺旋桨系统易被水草缠绕的缺点,且装置制作、运行和保养成本低廉,能在较少投入的情况下带来较大的经济效益,具有良好的应用前景。In order to clean up floating garbage in restricted waters such as urban rivers, reservoirs and landscape lakes, a green surface garbage cleaner was designed and implemented. The hull is a chain-type wrapped box structure. The power propulsion system uses a water jet pump, the energy supply system uses a 24V lithium battery, and the mechanical, micro-control circuit and wireless remote control technology are introduced for green intelligent control. The application of G-SLAM technology can realize path planning and real-time obstacle avoidance. The hull is portable, flexible, energy -saving and environmental protection, saving human resources, avoiding the shortcomings of traditional propeller system which is easy to be wrapped by water and grass, and the cost of making, running and maintaining the device is low, which can bring greater economic benefits with less investment, and has a good application prospect.
