摘  要:学习生态环境是乡村教师专业学习高效、持续投入的有力保障。目前,乡村教师专业学习存在社会生态环境支持服务体系不完善、学校生态环境缺乏活力、个人心理生态环境失衡等问题。完善乡村教师专业学习社会支持服务体系,营造有活力的乡村教师专业学习学校生态环境,帮助乡村教师建立健康的个人心理生态环境,是优化乡村教师专业学习生态环境、促进乡村教师专业成长的有效途径。Ecological learning environment is a powerful guarantee for country teachers'effective and continuous professional learning.Currently there exist such problems in country teachers'professional learning as the imperfect support and service system in the socialecological environment,the lack of vitality in the school ecological environment,and the imbalance in theindividual psychological ecological environment.Therefore,to optimize the ecological environment for country teachers'professional learning and to promote country teachers'professional growth,the effective methods to take include the improvement of the social support and service system for country teachers'professional learning,the creation of the dynamic school ecological environment for country teachers'professional learning and the establishment of the healthy individual psychological ecological environment for country teachers.
