摘 要:【目的】探明高海拔区域野生小叶黑柴胡不同器官产量与品质形成机制.【方法】以甘南野生小叶黑柴胡根、茎、叶为材料,分别对其生物量、总黄酮、酚类和总皂苷类化合物含量、自由基抑制率(inhibition percentage,I%)和铁离子还原/氧化能力(ferric reducing/antioxidant power,FRAP)进行测定与分析.【结果】茎单株干质量显著高于根和叶;总黄酮和酚类化合物干质量含量为叶>茎>根,而单株不同器官积累量呈现为茎>叶>根;总皂苷干质量含量为根>叶>茎,而单株不同器官积累量呈现为根>茎>叶;I%和FRAP值均表现为叶>茎>根.【结论】高原野生小叶黑柴胡根、茎、叶3个器官之间产量、主要活性物质积累量及其抗氧化能力存在较大差异.因此,在药物利用与加工过程中应根据活性物质分布与积累量进行定向选择.【Objective】To reveal the formation mechanism of yield and quality in different organs of wild Bupleurum smithii Wolff in plateau.【Method】The experiments were conducted on biomass,total contents of flavonoids,phenolics and saponins as well as I% and FRAP value in root,stem and leaf of B.smithii located in Gannan plateau.【Result】The dry weight(DW) of stems on a per plant basis was greater than root and leaves.Both of the flavonoids and phenolics contents on a DW basis showed leaf>stem>root,while the accumulation amounts in different organs on a per plant basis showed stem>leaf>root.The saponins content on a DW basis showed root>leaf>stem,while the accumulation amounts in different organs on a per plant basis showed root>stem>leaf.Both of the levels of I% and FRAP value presented leaf>stem>root.【Conclusion】Significant differences in yield,main bio-actives accumulation amounts and antioxidant capacity between the three organs(root,stem and leaf) of B.smithii located in Gannan plateau were observed.Thereafter,the directional selection of drug utilization and processing should be based on the bio-actives distribution and accumulation.These findings will provide theoretical basis and useful information for cultivation in high-elevation regions,exploitation and utilization of different organs of B.smithii.
