摘  要:肺腺癌转移相关转录本1(metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1,MALAT1)是长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)的一种,其参与骨肉瘤(osteosarcoma,OS)发生发展的机制十分复杂,可通过与miRNA作用等方式促进骨肉瘤细胞的增殖,可通过上调细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶9(cyclin-dependent kinase 9,CDK9)的水平等途径抑制骨肉瘤细胞的凋亡,也可通过促进转化生长因子A(transforming growth factor A,TGFA)的表达等方式介导骨肉瘤细胞的侵袭转移。总之,MALAT1可通过多种作用机制参与到骨肉瘤细胞的进展过程中,本文拟对MALAT1在骨肉瘤细胞增殖、凋亡和侵袭转移过程中的分子作用机制进行综述。Metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1(MALAT1),a kind of long noncoding RNA,involves in the occurrence and development of osteosarcoma,however,its mechanism is very complex.The MALAT1 can promote proliferation of osteosarcoma cells by interaction with miRNA and other means,and also exert impact on upregulation of the level of CDK9 or other ways to inhibit the apoptosis of osteosarcoma cells.Moreover,the MALAT1 mainly increase the expression of TGFA to mediate the invasion and metastasis of osteosarcoma cells.In brief the MALAT1 participates in the progression of osteosarcoma cells through a variety of mechanisms.This paper aims to review the molecular mechanism of MALAT1 in the proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and metastasis of osteosarcoma cells.
