摘　　要：为研究高职自主招生学生心理素养培育路径,对自主招生学生中城市学生与农村学生交往模式的反差进行了分析,通过探讨自主招生学生人际交往中的心理障碍,提出相应的心理素养培育路径。In order to explore the cultivation paths of independent-recruited students’ mental quality, the contrast between urban students’ communication model and rural students’ communication model is analyzed. Corresponding cultivation paths of independent-recruited students’ mental quality are proposed by exploring the mental obstacles in independent-recruited students’ interpersonal communication.
