摘　　要：针对壁厚较薄的铝合金管材折弯零件,设计了一副手动折弯模,通过手动动作来实现薄壁铝合金管的折弯成形,成功解决了折弯件的皱折、压扁等缺陷,加工出的零件符合图纸要求。保证了产品质量,提高了生产效率,并为其它类似制件的加工提供了成功经验。In this paper deals with aluminum alloy tube bending parts with thin wall thickness.A set of manual bending die is designed.Through manual action to achieve the thin-walled aluminum alloy tube bending forming,the defects such as creasing and flattening are successfully solved,the processed parts meet the requirements of the drawing.Guaranteed the product quality,enhanced the production efficiency and provides the successful experience for other kind of workpiece processing.
