编辑工匠精神的价值审视与回归诉求

摘　　要：编辑群体的工匠精神具有新时代职业特点和价值意蕴。工匠精神的本质不应仅停留在肤浅的表意层次,而是在“技”“术”的基础上趋向于“道”,即技以载道、技近乎道。由于编辑的职业性质、工作特点及作者的心浮气躁,编辑工匠精神表现得日渐消弭。编辑应在劳作过程中享受敬业乐趣,打破“为人作嫁”的传统观念,重塑敬业和乐业的编辑精神,树立工匠精神的编辑风范,追求技进乎道的编辑境界,坚持默默奉献的编辑品格,坚定文化传承的编辑理念,从而厚植编辑工匠精神的土壤,使编辑从业务型到学术型再到工匠型的身份转变,坚定文化自信的战略诉求,最后达到“技近乎道”的岗位境界和人生追求。The craftsman spirit of editorial groups has the professional characteristic and internal value of the New Era. The essence of craftsman spirit lies in the fact that one's skill reaches the highest realm of having a complete grasp of natural law. Currently, editors' craftsmanship is fading away due to factors such as editors' professional nature, their working characteristics and authors' impetuous thinking. Editors should enjoy the pleasure of dedicating themselves to work in the process of working, get rid of the traditional concept of working for others without getting any benefit for oneself, resume the editorial spirit of dedication and enjoyment, establish the editorial style of craftsman spirit, pursue the editorial realm of having a complete grasp of natural law, adhere to the editorial character of silent dedication, and firm the editorial idea of cultural inheritance, so as to cultivate the soil of the spirit of editors, change the editor's identity from business-oriented to learning-oriented and further to craftsmanoriented, firm the strategic appeal of cultural confidence, and finally reach the post realm of skill reaching the degree of grasping the natural law completely.
