摘　　要：目的 探讨原发性胃淋巴瘤的多层螺旋CT表现,以提高对其诊断水平。方法 对30例经病理确诊原发性胃淋巴瘤CT资料进行回顾性分析。结果 本组30例原发性胃淋巴瘤均为非霍奇金淋巴瘤。12例侵及胃窦,8例侵及胃体,3例侵及胃底,1例侵及贲门部,6例侵及胃多部位。15例胃周见肿大淋巴结。浸润型20例,肿块型3例,溃疡型7例。30例均见胃壁局限性或弥漫性增厚,17例中度强化,13例明显强化。15例可见粗大黏膜强化,15例可见浆膜毛糙。结论 原发性胃淋巴瘤CT影像学有一定的特征性,对其诊断有重要意义。Objective To study CT findings of primary gastric lymphoma in order to improve the diagnosis of this disease. Methods CT findings of 30 cases of primary gastric lymphoma confirmed by pathology were reviewed retrospectively. Results In 30 cases of primary gastric lymphoma, the tumors invading gastric antrum were found in 12 cases, gastric body in 8 cases, gastric fundus in 3 cases, gastric cardia in 1 case, and diffuse distribution in 6 cases. Enlarged lymph nodes around the stomach were found in 15 cases. There were 20 cases of infiltration type, 3 cases of mass type and 7 cases of ulcer type. All the 30 cases showed locally or diffuse gastric wall thickening, 17 cases had moderate enhancement, 13 cases had obvious enhancement. Thick mucosal enhancement was seen in 15 cases, and 15 cases were serosa fuzzy. Conclusion Primary gastric lymphomas has certain characteristics on CT images, which are significant value for diagnosis.
