摘　　要：目的 探讨MSCT(多层螺旋CT)强化扫描在血管内平滑肌瘤病中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的10例静脉内平滑肌瘤病的增强CT表现。结果 10例血管内平滑肌瘤病中,不均质强化的腹盆腔肿块7例,2例盆腔多发肿块,1例盆腔条索状肿物,6例右心房充盈缺损,8例下腔静脉内充盈缺损,5例右髂总静脉充盈缺损,1例左髂总静脉充盈缺损,5例右髂内静脉充盈缺损,1例左髂内静脉充盈缺损,1例右肾静脉充盈缺损,1例左肾静脉充盈缺损,1例右卵巢静脉充盈缺损,1例左卵巢静脉充盈缺损。结论 MSCT强化扫描及图像后处理技术能直观地显示血管内平滑肌瘤病的影像特征,对诊断具有重要价值,并且可以明确下腔静脉及右心受累范围,对临床治疗及评价预后有重要意义。Objective To study the value of MSCT and three-dimensional reconstruction indiagnosis of intravascular leiomyomatosis. Methods The characteristics of the thriple phase CT finding in 10 case of intravascular leiomyomatosis proved by surgery and pathology were analyzed retyospectively. Results 7 case presented with heterogeneous enhancement of abdominal pelvic mass, 2 cases with multiple pelvic masses, 1 case with pelvic strip-like tumor, 6 case with right atrial filling defect, 8 cases with filling defect of inferior vena cava, 5 cases with filling defect of right common iliac vein, 1 case with filling defect o case filling defect of right internal iliac vein f left common iliac vein, 1 case with filling defect of Left internal iliac vein, 1 case with filling defect of right renal vein, 1 case with filling defect of left renal vein, 1 case with right ovarian vein filling defect, and 1 case with left ovarian vein filling defect. Conclusion MSCT and three-dimensional reconstruction can demonstrate the typical feature of intravascular leiomyomatosis, which has important value in the diagnosis of Intravascular leiomyomatosis.
