辅导员在高校学风建设中的作用及对策研究——以广西中医药大学为例

摘　　要：学风是教书育人的本质要求,是高校的立校之本、发展之魂。辅导员作为高校思政教育的一线实施者,在学风建设中起到推动实施、桥梁纽带、示范引领的作用。辅导员要切实利用自身岗位优势,通过教育引导、稳固学生专业思想、完善制度规范、优化宿舍软环境等加强学风建设,营造优良学风环境,促进大学生健康成长成才。The essence of teaching and educating requires the construction of the style of study, which is the basic foundation of colleges, and also the foundation of development. Counselors who stand on the front line of ideological and political education play important role in the construction of the style of study because they serve as the promoters, the communicators, demonstration leaders. Counselors should make the most of the advantages of their post, and enhance the construction of style of study by means of educational guidance, the education of stable specialty thought, the improvement of systematic construction, the improvement of soft dorm environment with the aim to build fine environment of the style of study and promote undergraduates' growth in an all-round way.
