摘 要:换热器作为大型炼化企业中工艺路线中不可或缺的重要组成设备,常常因腐蚀原因导致失效。本文分析的换热设备为硫铵装置中的二效加热器,该换热设备材质的主要材质,具备较强的耐腐蚀性。而该设备发生多次腐蚀穿孔,导致设备最终报废失效。因此,本文着重从现场勘验、工艺分析、以及理化实验等3个方面进行分析,从而确定该二效加热室的腐蚀成因并给出预防措施。Heat exchanger is an indispensable and important equipment in refining and chemical enterprises, which often fails due to corrosion. The heat exchanger analyzed in this paper is the heater in ammonium sulfate plant. The main material of the heat exchanger has strong corrosion resistance. The equipment has been corroded and perforated many times, which leads to the final scrap of the equipment. Therefore, this paper focuses on the analysis of process parameters, field investigation and physical and chemical analysis, so as to determine the causes of corrosion of the heater and give preventive measures.
