摘　　要：针对传统模式的不足,以《电子工艺实训》课程为例,提出了以互联网云存储技术为载体;以企业6S管理模式为依据;以赛促学为突破;基于组长负责制下的ESPM新型教学模式。Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional mode, this paper takes the “electronic technology training” course as an example, put forward a new teaching mode named ESPM based on team leader responsibility witch take the Internet cloud storage technology as the carrier;with the enterprise 6S management model as the basis;through competition to promote learning as a breakthrough.
