实施招生协作计划带来的问题与对策分析

摘　　要：支援中西部的招生协作计划计划拟通过国家对教育资源的宏观再调配,为中西部地区学生提供了更多的受教育机会,缩小了不同区域教育水平的差距,但也存在部分治标不治本的问题。针对协作计划实施的背景及可能带来的问题进行系统分析,并结合资源配置实际情况就相应对策进行探讨,提出了可行性的实施建议。The Collaborative Enrollment Program to Support the Midwest is intended to provide more opportunities for students to receive education and narrow the gap of educational levels in different regions through the macro-reallocation of educational resources by the state. However, there are also some problems of curing the symptoms without curing the root cause. In this paper, the background of the implementation of the collaborative plan and the possible problems are systematically analyzed. Based on the actual situation of resource allocation, the corresponding countermeasures are discussed and feasible implementation suggestions are put forward.
