摘　　要：:当今社会中职业女性普遍存在“工作—家庭”双肩挑的现象,高校女辅导员也不例外。一方面,女辅导员在繁琐的家庭事务中(尤其在养育下一代上)占据主要作用;另一方面,男女平等的现代观念激励女辅导员努力在工作中闯出一片天地。在时间和精力有限的情况下,双肩挑一旦处理不当,容易使女辅导员陷入“工作—家庭”失衡状态,角色间的冲突会严重削弱其幸福感。从人本主义出发,只有平衡两者之间的关系,女辅导员才能产生主观幸福感。In today’s society, professional women generally have the phenomenon of “work family”, which is no exception. On the one hand, the female counselor in trivial family affairs (especially in raising the next generation) occupy a major role;on the other hand, the concept of equality of men and women of modern female counselors incentive to make a difference in the work. In the limited time and energy under the condition of double if mishandled, easy to fall into the “female counselors work family” state of imbalance, role conflicts will seriously undermine the well-being. From the humanism, only the balance of the relationship between the two, female counselors can have a sense of subjective well-being.
