摘 要:以01M自动变速器机械元件为研究对象,对4档拉维娜式行星齿轮机构各档传动比进行了理论分析;同时,使用克莱伊涅斯公式,求解行星齿轮机构各档位传动效率。在理论分析基础上,使用AMEsim仿真软件建立了4档拉维娜式行星齿轮机构的仿真模型,通过数值仿真验证各档传动比和传动效率,仿真验真结果与理论分析结果一致。这表明理论分析方法是行之有效的,也为今后研究其他复杂的自动变速器提供了理论依据。Taking the 01 M automatic transmission mechanical component as the research object, the theoretical analysis of the gear ratio of the four-speed Lavina planetary gear mechanism is carried out. At the same time, the transmission efficiency of each gear of the planetary gear mechanism is solved by using the Kleinius formula. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the simulation model of the four-speed Lavina planetary gear mechanism was established by using AMEsim simulation software. The gear ratio and transmission efficiency of each gear were verified by numerical simulation. The simulation results were consistent with the theoretical analysis results. This indicates that the theoretical analysis method of this paper is effective and provides a theoretical basis for studying other complex automatic transmissions in the future.
