摘 要:目前,小型汽车差速器壳内腔球面加工通常在球面加工专机或专用数控车床进行加工,此种加工方法存在一些缺陷,如设备调整困难、加工工艺复杂、设备资金投入大、生产成本高以及不适用于中小型企业生产投资。针对上述情况,提供一种能够在普通卧式车床(CA616)上完成差速器壳内腔球面加工,通过更换不同夹具定位环、球面成型锪刀等,实现多品种切换,省时方便。At present, the spherical processing of the inner cavity of a small automobile differential case is usually processed in a spherical processing machine or a special CNC lathe. Such a processing method has some defects, such as difficulty in adjusting equipment, complicated processing technology, large capital investment in equipment, high production cost, and Not suitable for small and medium-sized enterprise production investment. In view of the above situation, it is possible to provide a spherical machining of the inner cavity of the differential case on a conventional horizontal lathe(CA616), and to realize multivariable switching by replacing different clamp positioning rings and spherical forming boring tools, and saving time and convenience.
