摘  要:为了探讨砂珍棘豆的化学成分和营养价值,评价其资源化利用的必要性和可能性,采用植物化学成分预试和国家标准法,对砂珍棘豆的化学成分、常规营养成分、矿物质元素及氨基酸的种类与含量进行测定分析。结果表明,砂珍棘豆含有甾体或三萜类、挥发油和油脂、生物碱、黄酮、醌类、酚类化合物、有机酸、皂苷、蛋白质、糖类、氨基酸,不含香豆素与萜类内脂、强心苷、鞣质、氰苷,脂肪族硝基化合物;其中干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗灰分、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维的含量分别为91.62%、13.61%、2.20%、22.64%、16.43%、45.90%、38.42%;矿物质元素钙、磷、钾、铁、镁、锰、锌、铜、铬、硒的含量分别为15 493.39、1 357.33、10 614.84、2 119.51、2 472.41、59.70、19.53、4.50、4.68、0.079 mg/kg;另外含有17种氨基酸,总量为12.283%。研究表明,砂珍棘豆化学成分多样,其营养成分与优良豆科牧草相当,是一种可利用的潜在牧草资源。To study the chemical composition and nutritional value and evaluate the necessity and possibility of resource utilization of O.psammocharis,this study used the chemical composition pre-test methods and national standard methods to determine the chemical composition,routine nutritional contents,species of mineral elements and contents of amino acids in O.psammocharis.The results showed that O.psammocharis contains many chemical compositions,such as steroid or triterpenes,essential oil and fat,alkaloid,flavonoids,anthraquinones,phenolic compound,organic acid,protein,peptide,amino acid,saponins,carbohydrate,except for coumarin,cardiac glycoside,tannins,cyanophoric glycoside,aliphatic nitro.The routine nutritional contents dry matter(91.62%),crude protein(13.61%),crude fat(2.20%),crude fiber(22.64%),crude ash(16.43%),neutral detergent fiber(45.90%) and acid detergent fiber(38.42%).The mineral element contents include Ca(15 493.39 mg/kg),1 P(1 357.33 mg/kg),K(10 614.84 mg/kg),Fe(2 119.15 mg/kg),Mg(2 472.41 mg/kg),Mn(59.70 mg/kg),Zn(19.53 mg/kg),Cu(4.50 mg/kg),Cr(4.68 mg/kg) and Se(0.079 mg/kg).In addition,there are 17 kinds of amino acids in O.psammocharis and the content is 12.283%.Therefore,we found that the chemical constituents of O.psammocharis are diverse and its nutritional value is equal to the high-quality forage,which can be used as a potential resource of forage with the reasonable treatment.
