摘　　要：目的:考察医疗保险对流动老年人医疗服务利用的影响。方法:利用2015年全国流动人口卫生计生动态监测调查数据,采用倾向得分匹配方法进行检验。结果:医疗保险能够小幅提升流动老年人参加健康体检和选择住院治疗的概率,但是对小病就医没有明显的促进作用,同时医疗保险对城-城流动老年人和低健康流动老年人在健康体检和住院治疗方面的促进作用更明显。结论:在医保制度设计中完善医疗保险对流动老年人的保护作用、提升小病诊治保障水平、加快医保城乡统筹、推动异地转接。Objective To study the influence of medical insurance on health service utilization of floating elderly people. Methods Data of “2015 National Floating Population Dynamic Monitoring Survey” was obtained and studied with propensity score matching method. Results Medical insurance can increase the probability of participating in physical examination and hospitalization for the floating elderly population, but can' t significantly improve the medical treatment on ailments. And medical insurance has more obvious effect on physical examination and hospitalization of urban-urban floating and lower-health floating elderly people. Conclusion It is suggested to improve the system design on the protection of medical insurance for the floating elderly, intensify the guarantee of diagnosis and treatment of ailments,speed up the overall planning of medical insurance in urban and rural areas, and promote the transfer of medical insurance in different places.
