摘  要:目的HPLC法结合超声提取法优化川佛手中的柚皮苷、橙皮苷的提取工艺。方法以黄酮苷类化合物主要成分(柚皮苷、橙皮苷)提取率为指标,讨论了乙醇体积分数、料液比、超声时间和超声功率等因素对提取率的影响。通过正交实验及SPSS方差分析,优化了川佛手黄酮苷类主要活性成分的提取工艺。结果川佛手中黄酮类化合物主要成分的最优工艺参数:乙醇体积分数为60%、超声时间为2.5h、料液比为1:90、超声功率为500W,提取率为0.0882%。结论优选出的工艺比较适合工业化生产的要求,具体的工艺技术参数将在中试研究中确定。Objective To explore an optimum extraction technique of naringin and hesperidin in Fructus Citris Sarcodactylis by HPLC and Ultrasonicextraction.Methods Taking the extraction rate of the main constituents of flavonoid glycosides(Naringin and Hesperidin)as the observation index,the influence of ethanol volume fraction,the ratio of material and liquid,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power on the extraction rate was discussed.To optimize the conditions of the extraction technique through orthogonal experiment and the analysis of variance of SPSS.Results The optimum extraction process parameters are the ethanol volume fraction is 60%,the ratio of material and liquid is 1:90(g·ml^-1),the ultrasonic time is 2.5h and the ultrasonic power is 500W,the extraction rate is 0.0882%.Conclusion The parameters were suitable for the actual production condition,and the confirmed parameters would be achieved by pilot study.
