摘 要:传统的静态模型方法难以模拟红细胞由于外部条件变化产生的形变.针对该问题,以流体力学的数值计算方法和偏微分方程的数学理论为基础,引入动态纹理技术对红细胞流动现象进行仿真,将贪心策略融入EM算法完成了红细胞序列样本的分割并构建了红细胞流动序列样本模型.实验结果表明,该模型有效地降低了相似动态纹理基元出现的概率,仿真结果具有真实感与自然感,减少了仿真过程中的人工参与工作量.The traditional static model method is difficult to simulate the deformation of erythrocytes when the outside conditions change.A dynamic texture synthesis technic based on the numerical calculation method of fluid mechanics and the mathematical theory of partial differential equation for the computer simulation is proposed to analyze the motion of a erythrocyte.A method of rerythrocyte sequence sample segmentation based on EM algorithm and greedy strategy is proposed in the paper.In addition,a sample model of erythrocyte flow sequence is constructed.The experimental results show that the model reduces the probability of similar dynamic texture primitives effectively.The synthesized results are realistic and natural,which reduce the workload of manual participation in the simulation process.
