摘　　要：目的探讨三结构域蛋白59(TRIM59)、Twist基因和波形蛋白在肝癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化检测TRIM59、Twist及波形蛋白在80例肝癌组织及50例癌旁组织中的表达情况,分析其与临床病理特征和生存率的关系。结果肝癌组织中TRIM59阳性表达率为76.3%(61/80),高于癌旁组织的8.0%(4/50)(P<0.05)。肝癌组织中Twist阳性表达率为66.3%(53/80),高于癌旁肝组织的6.0%(3/50)(P<0.05)。肝癌组织中波形蛋白阳性表达率为63.8%(51/80),高于癌旁组织的12.0%(6/50)(P<0.05)。TRIM59、Twist和波形蛋白的表达与病理分级、分化程度、血管侵犯及TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05)。TRIM59的表达与Twist和波形蛋白呈正相关(r_s=0.418和0.395,P<0.05),Twist的表达与波形蛋白呈正相关(r_s=0.512,P<0.05)。TRIM59阳性表达和TRIM59阴性表达患者3年生存率分别为42%和78%,5年生存率分别为38%和61%;TRIM59阳性表达患者的累计生存率低于TRIM59阴性表达患者(P<0.05)。结论肝癌组织中TRIM59、Twist及波形蛋白呈现高表达,与肿瘤的侵袭、转移及患者预后密切相关。Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of tripartite motif-containing 59(TRIM59),Twist gene and vimentin in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) tissues.Methods The expressions of TRIM59,Twist and vimentin were detected by immunohistochemistry in 80 cases of HCC tissues and 50 cases of HCC tumor-adjacent tissues.The relationship of TRIM59,Twist and vimentin and clinicopathological features was analyzed.The survival analysis was carried out.Results The positive expression rates of TRIM59,Twist and vimentin were 76.3%,66.3% and 63.8% in HCC tissues,which were higher than 8.0%,6.0% and 12.0% in HCC tumor-adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expressions of TRIM59,Twist and vimentin were closely related to pathological grade,differentiation degree,vascular invasion and TNM stage(P<0.05).The expression of TRIM59 was positively correlated to the expressions of Twist and vimentin(r_s=0.418 and 0.395,P<0.05).The expression of Twist was positively correlated to that of vimentin(r_s=0.512,P<0.05).The 3-year survival rates of the patients with positive and negative expression of TRIM59 were 42% and 78%,and 5-year survival rates were 38% and 61%,respectively.The cumulative survival rate of the patients with TRIM59 positive expression was lower than that of the patients with TRIM59 negative expression(P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of TRIM59,Twist and vimentin are higher in HCC tissues,which are closely related to the invasion,metastasis and prognosis.
