摘  要:随着社会的发展,远程视频监控在安防方面发挥举足轻重的作用。笔者研究设计了一套基于手机APP的远程视频监控系统。通过树莓派(RaspberryPi)3B+自带的V4L2接口读取视频数据,在树莓派端建立服务器,将采集的视频数据通过Socket编程传输到手机APP显示,并通过手机APP向树莓派发送指令,树莓派通过GPIO口控制摄像头下方的舵机,从而实现周围环境的全方位监控。With the development of society, remote video surveillance plays an important role in security. The author studies and designs a remote video monitoring system based on mobile APP. Video data is read through Raspberry Pi 3B + V4L2 interface. A server is set up at the raspberry side. The collected video data is transmitted to the mobile APP display through the Socket programming. Instructions are sent to the raspberry through the mobile APP. The raspberry pie controls the steering gear under the camera through the GPIO port, thus realizing the surrounding ring. Overall monitoring of the territory.
