摘  要:基于目前铰接式车辆存在的铰接销轴安装对中性差、导向性差、拆解困难等问题,设计一种可快速拆解的铰接销轴结构,该结构主要由可自定心的锥面胀套及锥面销轴组成,通过研究锥面胀套与锥面销轴的受力特性,合理设计锥面角度,实现锥面胀套与锥面销轴的自锁,使二者完全成为一体,代替原有结构的通径销轴,保证强度的同时便于结构拆解;同时对内外锥面的加工方法及铰接结构的拆装工艺进行研究,验证设计的合理性与可靠性.Based on the problems existing in articulated vehicles such as neutrality in installation, poor guidance and difficulty in disassembly of articulated pin shafts, a rapid disassembly structure of articulated pin shafts was designed. The structure is mainly composed of self-centering conical expansion sleeves and conical pin shafts. By studying the force characteristics of conical expansion sleeves and conical pin shafts, the conical expansion sleeves and conical pin shafts are reasonably designed to realize the self-locking of conical expansion sleeves and conical pin shafts. This makes them completely integrated, replacing the diameter pin shafts of the original structure, guaranteeing strength and facilitating structural disassembly. Meanwhile, the processing method of inner and outer conical surfaces and disassembly and assembly technology of articulated structures were studied to verify the rationality and reliability of the design.
