摘　　要：介绍了一种新型冷却器装置,在装置出现焊缝开焊故障时,能够通过漏油或漏水快速地定位故障点,并能防止泄漏的冷却水进入油箱造成油液乳化;优化了装置的固定方式;消除了装置在油箱内部泄漏冷却水的隐患;增加了装置与油液的接触面积,提升了冷却效果。A new type of cooler device was introduced. When the welding seam breakdown occurred in the device, the fault point could be quickly located by oil leakage or water leakage, and the leakage of cooling water into the tank could be prevented from causing oil emulsification, the fixing mode of the device was optimized;the hidden danger of leakage of cooling water inside the tank was eliminated;the contact area between the device and the oil was increased, and the cooling effect was improved.
