摘  要:目的探讨结肠癌组织中microRNA的表达与结肠癌化疗耐药的相关性。方法回顾性分析2018年1月-2019年1月医院收治的pTNM分期为Ⅱ期的结肠癌患者42例的临床资料。按照术后一年的复发情况分为肿瘤复发组(16例)与肿瘤未复发组(26例)。检测两组结肠癌组织中microRNA-21的表达水平。结果Real Time Q-PCR结果显示,无论是复发组与未复发组都可以检测到miRNA-21的表达,其未复发组中的miRNA-21表达水平相较复发组明显上调,差异有统计学意义。结论miRNA-21的表达与结肠癌耐药性的发生有关,miRNA-21有可能成为结肠癌早期诊治与判断治疗、预后效果的有效分子标志物。Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of microRNA in colon cancer tissues and the chemotherapeutic resistance of colon cancer.Methods The clinical datas of 42 patients with stage II colon cancer treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the recurrence situation one year after operation, the patients were divided into two groups: recurrence group (16 cases) and non-recurrence group (26 cases).The expression of microRNA-21 in colon cancer tissues of the two groups was detected.Results Real Time Q-PCR results showed that the expression of microRNA21 could be detected in both recurrent and non-recurrent groups.The expression level of microRNA21 in non-recurrent group was significantly higher than that in relapsed group, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The expression of microRNA21 is related to the occurrence of drug resistance in colon cancer.MicroRNA21 may be an effective molecular marker for early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of colon cancer.
