摘 要:采用离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作为溶剂溶解玉米淀粉和棉纤维素,然后通过旋涂法对玉米淀粉和棉纤维素的离子液体溶液进行铺膜,并研究凝固剂(蒸馏水和无水乙醇)对淀粉/纤维素薄膜结构和降解性能的影响。结果表明,采用蒸馏水作凝固剂的淀粉/纤维素薄膜表面的孔洞要比采用无水乙醇作凝固剂的多;淀粉/纤维素薄膜没有新的官能团形成;淀粉/纤维素薄膜为无定形结构;采用蒸馏水作凝固剂的薄膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率略低于无水乙醇作凝固剂;采用蒸馏水作为凝固剂制备的淀粉/纤维素薄膜120d土壤堆埋生物降解率达到55%。Corn starch and cotton cellulose was dissolved in common solvent,1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride([BMIM]Cl)and N,N -dimethylformamide(DMF).And then the starch/cellulose films were prepared by spin-casting method.Finally,the effect of coagulant(water and ethanol)on the structure and degradation properties of starch/cellulose films was studied.The results show that the pores on the surface of starch/cellulose films using water as coagulant are more than that of ethanol as coagulant.No new functional groups are formed for starch/cellulose films with amorphous structure.The tensile strength and elongation at break for starch/cellulose films using water as coagulant are slightly lower than that of ethanol as coagulant.Soil-burial degradation rate of starch/cotton cellulose films using water as coagulant for 120 days could reach 55%.
