摘　　要：随着世界经济的快速发展,各个国家和地区对能源的需求不断增加,迅速发展的工业社会不仅消耗了大量的能源而且造成环境的污染,因此,能源短缺和资源枯竭成为全球性问题。近年来,我国相继出台一系列能源管理文件,以期望企业实现可持续发展。我国乳品企业经过多年的发展,在硬件条件上达到国际水平,但在能源管理软实力上与国外名企相比较,还存在着一定的差距,提升企业能源的管理水平对提高乳品企业的核心竞争力有着重要的意义。本文针对目前某乳品工厂在能源管理中存在的问题,基于ISO50001标准的能源管理新方法,提出具体可行的改革措施。With the rapid development of the world economy,the demand for energy from various countries and regions keeps increasing.The rapidly developing industrial society not only consumes a large amount of energy,but also causes environmental pollution.Therefore,energy shortage and resource exhaustion have become global problems.In recent years,our country has issued a series of energy management files,to expect to realize sustainable development.After years of development,our country’s dairy enterprises have reached the international level in terms of hardware conditions,but there is still a certain gap in the soft power of energy management compared with foreign famous enterprises.Therefore,improving the energy management level of enterprises is of great significance for improving the core competitiveness of dairy enterprises.In view of the existing problems in the energy management of a dairy plant,this paper proposes specific and feasible reform measures based on the new energy management method of ISO50001 standard.
