摘　　要：低水平激光治疗(low-level laser therapy,LLLT)是一种光生物调节疗法,其对多种细胞具有光生物调节作用,可以促进骨组织愈合,LLLT已逐步引起临床医生的重视。本文综述了多种类型低水平激光(low-level laser,LLL)在体内、体外、临床研究中的应用,为未来LLLT在口腔领域的临床应用提供参考,并对其将来的研究方向做出展望。Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) is a photobiomodulation therapy,which has a photobiomodulation effect on a variety of cells and can promote the healing of bone tissue.LLLT has gradually attracted the attention of clinicians.This paper reviewed the application of low-level laser (LLL) in vivo,in vitro,and in clinical research.Finally,the prospect of LLLT research is proposed,and it provides a reference for the future clinical application of LLLT in the field of oral.
