摘　　要：对微波辅助提取脱脂米糠中菲汀的工艺条件进行优化.通过单因素试验考察微波温度、微波功率、微波时间对菲汀提取率的影响,并设计三因素三水平正交试验,根据正交试验极差分析结果得到最佳工艺条件为:微波温度45℃、微波功率210 W、微波时间30 min.Technological conditions of microwave-assisted extraction of phytin from defatted rice bran was optimized. The effects of microwave temperature, microwave power and microwave time on the extraction rate of phytin were investigated by single factor experiment, and the orthogonal experiment of three factors and three levels was designed. The results of range analysis by orthogonal experiment show that the optimum technological conditions were microwave temperature 45 ℃, microwave power 200 W and microwave time 30 min.
