摘  要:目的探索三维计算机辅助(3D CAI)教学在中耳解剖实践中的应用。方法将2013 级临床医学五年制本科2 个实习班的医学生,随机分为实验组(22 人)和对照组(23 人),分别采用3D CAI 和传统教学方法进行中耳解剖授课。课前和课后分别对两组学生中耳解剖学习的自信心进行问卷调查,并对教学方法、教学内容的满意度进行课后问卷调查。学期末进行理论考试。比较两组学生对教学的满意度、考试成绩以及学习自信心。结果实验组学生对教学内容、教学方法的满意度分别为90.9%和95.5%,对照组的满意度分别为65.2%和69.6%,均显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。经过中耳解剖实践课的学习,实验组分别有63.6%和59.1%的学生认为中耳解剖容易理解、记忆和有信心辨识出中耳解剖结构,均显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。理论考试中实验组学生成绩为9(8,10),显著高于对照组的成绩6(5,6)(P< 0.05)。结论 3D CAI 中耳解剖教学内容新颖,吸引力强,可激发学习兴趣及信心,提高教学效率。Objective To explore the application of 3-demensional Computer Assisted Instruction (3D CAI) model for teaching of middle ear anatomy. Methods Medical students in two five-year undergraduate clinical medicine practice classes of grade 2013 were randomly divided into experimental class (22 students) and control class (23 students). The middle ear anatomy was taught with 3D CAI and traditional teaching methods respectively. The self-confidence of middle ear anatomy learning was investigated by questionnaire before and after class, and the satisfaction of teaching methods and contents was investigated by questionnaire after class. The theory examination will be held at the end of the semester. The two groups were compared in terms of satisfaction with teaching, test scores and self-confidence in learning. Results The students'satisfaction with teaching contents and teaching methods in the experimental group was 90.9% and 95.5% respectively, while those in the control group were 65.2% and 69.6% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After learning the middle ear anatomy practice course, 63.6% and 59.1% of the students in the experimental group thought that the middle ear anatomy was easy to understand, memorize and confidently identify the middle ear anatomical structure, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). In the theoretical examination, the scores of the experimental group were 9 (8,10), which was significantly higher than those of the control group (6 (5,6)(P < 0.05). Conclusion The teaching content of 3D CAI middle ear anatomy is novel and attractive. It can stimulate interest and confidence in learning and improve teaching efficiency.
