摘 要:目的对工作坊模式在普外科临床护理实习带教中的应用与效果进行研究。方法选取2016 年5 月—2017 年4 月在普外科临床护理的82 名实习学生作为对照组;2017 年5 月—2018 年4 月在普外科临床护理的80 名实习生作为观察组。对照组实施常规教学模式,观察组采用“工作坊”方式教学。带教结束后通过问卷调查了解两组护生在综合能力、带教老师对学生的满意度及学生对带教老师的满意度3 个方面进行评价。结果观察组实习护生理论成绩、健康教育测评成绩、基础操作、专科操作等各项考核分数,均高于对照组(P< 0.05)。观察组带教对学生的满意度和学生对带教工作的满意度高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论工作坊模式在普外科临床护理实习带教中应用效果显著。Objective To study the application and effect of workshop mode in the teaching of clinical nursing intern in general surgery. Methods A total of 82 nursing interns in general surgery department from May 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the control group. 80 nursing interns from May 2017 to April 2018 in general surgery department were selected as observation groups. The control group implemented the regular teaching mode, and the observation group implemented workshop mode. After the end of the teaching, the questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the comprehensive ability of students, the satisfaction of the teachers with the students and the students' satisfaction with the teachers of two groups. Results The scores of the theoretical results, health education evaluation results, basic operations and specialist operations of students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of the teachers with the students and the students' satisfaction with the teaching work in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The workshop mode has a significant effect in the teaching of clinical nursing intern in general surgery department.
