摘 要:住院医师是临床医疗体系中最基础、最广大的群体,其临床水平的高低对医疗服务质量与全民健康有着最直接的影响。培养同质化的、具有正确临床思维方向和良好实践能力的住院医师是住院医师规范化培训制度的终极目标。放射科专业具有亚专业多、技术日新月异、高端设备依赖性强等特点,住院医师规范化培训教学有其特殊性:一方面要求学员影像基本功扎实,如大体解剖及各种影像解剖等基础知识;另一方面需要学员不断学习更新各种影像技术与理论;同时要兼顾相关临床与病理。放射科专业住院医师规范化培训教学内容要全面,教学进程要层层递进,教学方式要新颖、互动性强。师资方面将带教老师按系统分组并进行培训,教学课件与教学方式由基地管理小组进行审核。学员考核方面,要求各位带教老师按照统一要求逐一建立各系统经临床或病理确诊病例的典型、完整影像学数据库,方便对学员进行标准化考核与评价,达到同质化管理目标。Residents are the most basic and extensive groups in the clinical medical system,and their clinical levels have the most direct influence on the qualities of medical service and the health of the whole people.The ultimate goal of the standardized residency training is to cultivate homogenous residents with correct clinical thinking and good practice abilities.The specialty of radiology is characterized by having many sub-specialties,ever - changing technologies and strong dependence on high - end equipment,and the teaching of residency training have its own particularity: On the one hand,students are required to have a solid knowledge of basic imaging skills, such as gross anatomy and various imaging anatomy;On the other hand,students need to constantly learn and update various imaging technologies and theories.At the same time,they must learn the relevant clinical and pathological knowledge.The standardized training of radiology residents should have comprehensive teaching contents,progressive teaching process and novel teaching methods.Teachers should be grouped and trained according to the system.Coursewares and teaching methods will be reviewed by the base management teams.In terms of student assessment,teachers are required to establish typical and complete imaging databases of clinical or pathological confirmed cases in each system according to unified requirements,so as to facilitate standardized assessment and evaluation of students and achieve the goal of homogeneous management.
