摘　　要：专科医师规范化培训是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,是在住院医师规范化培训基础上,培养能够独立、规范地从事疾病专科诊疗工作的临床医师的可靠途径,是临床医学人才培养的必经之路。上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院是上海市首批专科医师规范化培训医院,在专科医师规范化培训招录、培训、考核、结业等组织管理方面进行了一定探索。本文在上海市专科医师规范化培训政策体系的基础上,梳理了本院专科医师规范化培训组织管理工作的相关经验,从组织架构、师资队伍、招录管理、培训内容、培训考核、质量控制、保障措施等方面进行了介绍,拟为全国其他培训医院开展专科医师规范化培训提供初步的借鉴。Standardized training for specialists is an important part of postgraduate medical education,and a reliable way to train qualified specialists who is capable of engaging in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of specialties independently and standardized after they graduated from the standardized residency training programs.Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital is one of the first hospitals to start standardized training of specialists in Shanghai.We have explored some aspects on the organization and management for standardized training of specialists,such as recruitment,training,evaluation and graduation.This article summarized the organization and management experience of specialist training in our hospitals,including organization structures,teaching staff,staff recruiting,process assessment and quality control,on the basis of standardized specialist training policies in Shanghai.Hopefully it would provide preliminary experience for training hospitals to carry out standardized training for specialists.
