摘 要:针对听筒上下盖组合型腔流动不平衡问题,采用Moldflow对其进行了流动平衡优化分析。首先,使用三维建模软件Pro/e建立听筒上盖和下盖的几何模型,并导入到塑料成型分析软件Moldflow中。在Moldflow中对听筒上盖和下盖进行网格划分,并设计初始的浇注系统。其次,对听筒组合型腔的初始方案进行充填分析,发现了熔体在型腔内流道不平衡问题。最后,对听筒组合型腔进行流动平衡优化分析,实现了流动平衡,缩短了模具设计周期,提高了生产效率。Aiming at the problem of flow unbalance in the combined cavity of the upper and lower cover of the receiver,the software Moldflow was used to optimize the flow balance.Firstly,the three dimensional modeling software Pro/e was used to establish the geometric model of the top and lower cover of the receiver,and the model was introduced into the plastic molding analysis software Moldflow.In Moldflow,the top and the lower cover of the receiver were meshed and the initial gating system was designed.Secondly,filling analysis of the initial scheme of the receiver combined cavity showed that the flow runner of the melt was not balanced in the mold cavity.Finally,the flow balance optimization analysis of the cavities was carried out,flow balance was realized,the mold design cycle was shortened and the production efficiency was improved.
