关于齐齐哈尔地区中小学音乐教育现状的调查研究

摘　　要：新时期的音乐教育一方面要立足于现实,以实际需要和实际情况为出发点,努力探索音乐教育面向未来、面向现代化的新途径;另一方面又要以可预见的未来社会的需要和条件为着眼点,更新教育观念。本文以黑龙江省齐齐哈尔地区中小学音乐教育为例,从三个维度考察齐齐哈尔市中小学音乐教育现状,以便更好地推动齐齐哈尔地区中小学音乐教育的健康发展。Music education in the new period should, on the one hand, be based on reality, take the actual needs and actual conditions as the starting point, and strive to explore a new way for music education to face the future and modernization;on the other hand, it should renew the educational concept from the perspective of the foreseeable needs and conditions of the future society. Taking music education in primary and secondary schools in Qiqihar area of Hei Longjiang Province as an example, this paper examines the present situation of music education in primary and secondary schools in Qiqihar City from three dimensions in order to better promote the healthy development of music education in primary and secondary schools in Qiqihar .
