摘  要:研究车削加工中的刀具补偿功能,从刀具外形补偿、刀具磨损补偿和刀尖圆弧半径补偿三方面进行分析。探讨刀具补偿功能的应用,通过保证工件和刀具的相对位置,实现批量零件加工不对刀;通过设计刀具结构、设定T0303、T0305实现一刀两刃少换刀;通过修改刀尖圆弧半径补偿值实现成型面精修等实践技巧,为同类产品的加工提供有益参考。It was researched that the tool compensation function in CNC lathe machining,it was fully analyzed that three aspects such as tool shape compensation,tool wear compensation and tool tip arc radius compensation,the application of using compensation function was discussed,realized the processing of batch parts with no tool setting by ensuring that the relative position of the work pieces and the tools,achieved less changing the tool with one knife and two blades by designing the tool structure,setting T0303 and T0305.The practices and skills were realized such as refining the shaped surface by modifying the compensation value of tool tip arc radius,which provided useful reference for the processing of similar products.
