摘  要:人体肠道是由诸多复杂的肠道微生物群组成,参与机体多种正常生理功能,例如新陈代谢、营养、生理和免疫等过程,对维持人体的健康发挥着重要作用。虽然肠道微生物已经被探索了几十年,但是近年来对于肠道微生物及其产物与机体之间的相互作用引起了人们的广泛关注。肠道微生物的构成改变与某些常见的下肠道疾病有关,如假膜性结肠炎、溃疡性结肠炎(UC)、克罗恩病(CD)和结肠直肠癌(CRC),人体中的肠道微生物群被认为是一种潜在的新疗法。The human intestinal tract is composed of many complex intestinal microbe groups,which take part in many normal physiological functions,such as metabolism,nutrition,physiology and immunity,and play an essential role in maintaining the health of the human body.Although intestinal microorganisms have been explored for decades,people have paid much attention to the interaction of intestinal microorganisms and their products with organism in recent years.Some changes in intestinal microbial composition are associated with common lower intestinal diseases such as pseudomembranous colitis,ulcerative colitis(UC),Crohn’s disease(CD),and colorectal cancer(CRC),Intestinal microbiota in the human body is thought to be a potential new therapy.
