摘　　要：目的以水转印技术为支撑,探析美式家具复杂薄木拼花设计要素和应用方法。方法以水转印技术为切入点,分析水转印技术在家具中的应用方式及转印工艺;以美式家具薄木拼花为研究对象,分析复杂薄木拼花样式特点,提出基于水转印技术的美式家具复杂薄木拼花设计要素;运用实际设计案例验证薄木拼花设计的思路及方法。结论利用复杂薄木拼花可实现家具产品的创新设计,同时通过水转印技术可实现家具复杂薄木拼花部件低成本工业化批量生产,从而形成设计到生产的高效成果转化,为美式家具企业家具与薄木拼花设计提供新思路。This paper aims to analyze the design elements and application methods of complex veneer pattern for American furniture based on water transfer printing technology.Firstly,taking water transfer printing technology as the breakthrough point,the application mode and transfer craft process of water transfer printing technology in furniture are analyzed;secondly,taking veneer pattern in American furniture as the research object,the characteristics of complex veneer pattern are analyzed,and the design elements of complex veneer pattern of American furniture based on water transfer printing technology are put forward;lastly,the application of practical design cases verify the ideas and methods of veneer pattern design.The innovative design of furniture products can be realized by using complex veneer pattern.At the same time,the low-cost industrial batch production of complex veneer pattern components can be realized by using water transfer printing technology,thus forming an efficient transformation from design to production,which provides a new idea for American furniture enterprise on furniture and veneer pattern design.
