摘 要:药物成瘾是一种慢性复发性疾病,给个人及社会造成巨大的损失。既往研究表明,在记忆再巩固时间窗内进行记忆提取消退任务能够有效降低人类及大鼠的觅药成瘾记忆自发恢复、续新及重建。睡眠是记忆巩固的最佳时期,与个体认知功能存在复杂的作用关系,结合睡眠与提取消退范式在临床中具有良好应用前景。本文将从记忆再巩固理论、提取消退范式结合睡眠的角度对相关研究进行综述及展望,以期为药物成瘾行为干预提供新思路。Drug addiction is a kind of chronic recurrent disease,which causes great loss to individuals and society. Previous studies have shown that the memory retrieval-extinction procedure can effectively reduce the spontaneous recovery,renewal and reconstruction of drug addiction memory in humans and rats. Sleep which has a complex relationship with cognitive function,is the best time for memory consolidation. The combination of sleep and retrieval-extinction procedure may have a good prospect in clinical application for addiction. In this paper,we will review the theory of memory reconsolidation and memory retrieval-extinction procedure combined with sleep,so as to provide new possible behavior intervention for drug addiction.
