化积颗粒联合复方胃蛋白酶散治疗儿童功能性腹痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察化积颗粒联合复方胃蛋白酶散治疗儿童功能性腹痛(FAP)的临床疗效。方法:将FAP患儿148例随机分为2组,对照组74例口服复方胃蛋白酶散,观察组74例在对照组的基础上加服化积颗粒,观察2组患儿临床疗效,统计治疗前后患儿中医证候积分改变状况,对患儿随访6月,记录其腹痛痊愈及复发情况。结果:总有效率观察组为89.19%,对照组为68.92%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患儿尿赤、口渴、肢冷、脘腹胀痛、嗳腐证候评分及总积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访6月,观察组腹痛痊愈率高于对照组(P<0.05),腹痛复发率、腹痛偶发率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化积颗粒联合复方胃蛋白酶散治疗FAP患儿疗效肯定,并可降低患儿腹痛复发率。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huaji granules combined with compound pepsin powder for functional abdominal pain(FAP) in children. Methods:Divided 148 cases of children with FAP randomly into two groups. 74 cases in the control group were treated with compound pepsin powder, and other 74 cases in the observation group were additionally treated with Huaji granules. Observed the clinical effect of the two groups. Recorded the changes of TCM syndrome scores in children before and after treatment. Followed up the children for 6 months,and recorded their abdominal pain recovery and recurrence condition. Results:The total effective rate was 89.19% in the observation group and 68.92% in the control group,compared the two groups,difference being significant(P < 0.05). After treatment,the syndrome scores of dark urine,thirst,limb coldness,abdominal distending pain and putrid belching and the total scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05);these scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). During the follow-up of 6 months,the cure rate of abdominal pain in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the recurrence rate of abdominal pain and the incidence rate of abdominal pain were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of Huaji granules combined with compound pepsin powder has effective curative effect for FAP children. It can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of abdominal pain in children.
