摘 要:失眠为临床常见疾病之一,并随着人们生活作息、饮食结构而改变。临床中发现失眠多与脾胃功能失调有关,在治疗上也常采取健脾、消食、和胃等法。笔者试从《黄帝内经》及后世医家论述睡眠与脾胃的关系入手,探讨脾胃功能在维持睡眠状态中起到的重要作用,就脾胃失调引起失眠的病因病机进行阐述,并总结从调理脾胃治疗失眠的具体运用。Insomnia is one of the common clinical diseases and with the change of people’s life style and diet. In clinical practice, it is found that insomnia is mainly related to the dysfunction of spleen and stomach and usually treated with methods including fortifying the spleen,promoting digestion and harmonizing the stomach. The authors tried to start with discussions of the relationship between sleep and spleen and stomach from Huangdi Neijing and later physicians,discussed the important role of the function of spleen and stomach in maintaining sleeping state, elaborated the etiology and pathogenesis of insomnia caused by the dysfunction of spleen and stomach and summarized the concrete application of regulating the spleen and the stomach in treating insomnia.
