摘　　要：提出了一种基于字符特征的数字字符定位识别算法,提出一个新的概念:区分向量,并对识别过程和算法实现进行了详细介绍。该算法避免了细化、轮廓提取、字符切割、模板匹配和分类器训练等复杂的计算,也避免了同一或者不同图片中数字字符大小不一致的干扰,具有计算简便、实现简单、效率高、鲁棒性好的优点。This paper proposes a digital character localization recognition algorithm based on character feature,proposes a new concept:distinguishing vector,and introduces the recognition process and algorithm. The algorithm avoids the complexity of thinning,contour extraction,character cutting,template matching and classifier training,and also avoids the interference of inconsistent size of the same or different picture characters,which has the advantages of simple computation,easy realization,high efficiency and good robustness.
