摘 要:为了评价区域公路网的可持续发展水平,从技术评价,交通评价和环境评价三个方面选取了10个指标构建了评价指标体系,并根据国家相关规范和既有研究成果确立了指标的经典域和节域,构建熵-模糊物元评价模型.该模型以熵值法和物元模型为基础,采用可拓学中的初等关联函数作为隶属度函数来计算指标关于评价等级的隶属度,进而确定各指标的等级水平,并采用熵值法确定指标权重,通过海明贴近度判定各评价等级与标准模糊物元间的远近程度,最后以陕西省进行实例研究.结果表明:该方法可以反映区域公路交通网络的可持续发展水平;陕西省公路网的评价等级处于"良"和"次"间并偏向"良",公路网现状事故率较低,全省公路节点通达度和路网绿化率也处于较高水平,符合国家所倡导的发展绿色公路、环保公路等相关政策,但在高等级公路建设、公路网密度提高及交通噪声降低方面尚有待提高.In order to evaluate the sustainable development level of regional road network,10 indicators were selected from three aspects:technical evaluation,traffic evaluation and environmental evaluation. The evaluation index system was constructed,and the classic domain and joint domain of indicators was established according to relevant national norms and existing research results. And the entropy-fuzzy matter element evaluation method is constructed.Based on the entropy method and the matter-element model,the model uses the elementary correlation function in extenics as the membership function to calculate the membership degree of the index on the evaluation level,and then determines the level of each indicator,and uses the entropy method to determine the index weights. The degree of proximity between the evaluation grades and the standard fuzzy matter elements were determined by Hamming’s closeness. Finally,a case study in Shaanxi Province was conducted. The results show that the method can reflect the sustainable development level of regional highway transportation network. The evaluation grade of Shaanxi highway network is between"good"and"secondary"and tends to"good",the current road network accident rate is low,and the provincial highway node accessibility and road network greening rate are also at a high level,in line with the national policies for the development of green roads,and environmental protection roads,etc. But there is still room for improvement in the construction of high-grade roads,the increase in road network density and the reduction of traffic noise.
