摘　　要：慢性透析患者死亡原因中恶性肿瘤居于第3位,仅次于心血管疾病和感染,严重影响患者生存质量和生存期,然而临床上对慢性透析合并恶性肿瘤的早期诊断、治疗、管理方面做得不足。本文对慢性透析患者肿瘤发生的机制、临床特征及治疗现状等进行综述,目的在于提高慢性透析患者合并恶性肿瘤的诊治水平,延长透析生存期。Malignant tumor in chronic dialysis patients ranks in the forefront of causes of death,which seriously affects their quality of life and survival period.However,the early diagnosis,treatment and management of chronic dialysis patients with malignant tumor are insufficient in clinical practice.In this paper,the mechanism of tumor occurrence,clinical characteristics and treatment status of chronic dialysis patients were summarized as follows,aiming to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of chronic dialysis patients with malignant tumor and prolong the life of dialysis.
